Why did zenitsu become a demon slayer
Zenitsu was tricked into becoming a demon slayer. A demon slayer-trainer took over Zenitsu’s debt after he was tricked into taking on a lot of debt. Zenitsu had to train because his debt was taken over.

The weakest Hashira
Shinobu Kocho is the weakest Hashira when it comes to strength. She injects poison into demons to make up for the lack of strength she has to decapitate a demon’s head.
Zenitsu is a skilled and talented Demon Slayer even though he denies this from the beginning. Zenitsu’s true strength can be found when he is sleeping, as that’s when his nerves let him in, which allowed him to immediately decapitate the Tongue Demon and defeat the Son. He was able to protect the train carts from Enmu, Lower rank one and Nezuko, who were attacking them. After that, he was able to go toe-to-toe with an awakened Daki with the help of Inosuke and eventually defeated her with flash: God Speed and thunderclap. Zenitsu advanced to the highest point of the Hashira Training as a further proof of his strength.
Zenitsu had to learn the first form which is said to be the basis of the others but he was able to use it to fight against demons. His former senior became the Upper rank six of the Kizuki and was defeated when he created a seventh form.
Zenitsu has a crush on Nezuko despite having a fear of demons. He tries to get her to marry him several times, and never misses a chance to mention his admiration for her.
