In all of the Boruto universe, or in any of the three books, Tsunade never died. She is present at the wedding of Naruto and Hinata, she’s very much alive. She didn’t die despite having a number of close to death situations and even going into a coma after Pain attacked the village.
In Naruto: Shippuden, Tsunade does not die. We know she is alive and well during the Boruto narrative and she attended the wedding of Naruto and Hinata, although her exact location has not yet been revealed.
The only Senju klan alive and the only person to see the past Hokages is the 5th Hokage Tsunade Senju. She can use regeneration Jutsu to keep her body young, even though she hasn’t died yet. Do you see a kite mark on the forehead of Tsunade?
On any show that featured Princess Tsunade, she never died. Her condition was misinterpreted as a coma after the invasion of Pain.

There is a distant connection between Tsunade and Naruto. She is descended from the Senju and Uzumaki Clan as well as her grandfather and grandmother. The Uzumaki Clan is distantly related to the Senju as they descended from the Sage of the Six Paths. You may think that it’s far away to prove that Tsunade is related to Naruto.

There are a few people in the world of Naruto who know of Orochimaru, but there aren’t many. At the top of the list, perhaps, was Jiraiya, but now it is Tsunade leading the pack. There are things that the Fifth Hokage didn’t know about.

The final blow was received by Orochimaru, who fled after declaring that he intended to leave Konoha once he was recovered. The group went back to Konoha after Naruto was healed. Dan and Nawaki had always wished that Naruto would one day become Hokage, and that Tsunade was ready to take on the role.

The 3rd Hokage Hiruzen died after he used a reaper death seal. The day after Konoha village was attacked, it was during the Chunin exams. Hiruzen had to use the reaper death seal because of Orochimaru’s summon of the reanimated Hashiram and Tobiram. He sealed away Orochiramu’s hands and other people’s hands, in exchange for Hiruzen’s life.

Gaara died after the Akatsuki members removed his tailed beast, Shukaku, from his body. Chiyo sacrificed her life to revive him, she is from the village. Gaara’s death is in the 17th episode of Shippuden.
