I don’t understand why Sasuke woke up one rinnegan. There is a difference between the eyes, considering that madara infused the cells from Hashiarama and combined ashuras and indras into a single entity, called the rinnegan.

How did sasuke awaken his rinnegan
An evolutionary process allowed Sasuke to acquire the Rinnegan. He only got one because of Hagoromo Otsutsuki, the man who only gave him half of his Chakra as part of the process to seal Kaguya. The Rinnegan didn’t fade away even if the seal he obtained had been used.
The eyes and body of the Sage are needed to use two Rinnegan. It is not far to say that it also need both to awaken. Sasuke’s left eye will be the first one to awaken the Rinnegan since he received Six Paths chakra from his left hand.
The sons of Hagoromo, Asura, and Indra awakened Rinnegan. Hagoromo transferred Rinnegan’s power from one person to another, and that’s how Sasuke and Naruto received it.
Can the Rinnegan be deactivated? sasuke couldn’t fully control it at first. Like his sharingan, he had a hard time getting used to it. It seems that the rinnegan has a lot of problems. The original wielder, Madara, was not able to deactivate it since he was not an Uchiha. Rinnegan can be deactivated because of this.
Why is Sasuke’s Rinnegan broken?
The dots in Sasuke’s eye represent how charged he is with his powers. The tomoes disappear when he uses his Rinnegan too much. The Manga doesn’t give any explanation or reason for the six dots in his Rinnegan. There are many theories about the six dots.
Rinnegan has tomoe because of his Uchiha chakra, which is owned by Sasuke. There is reason to believe that Sasuke’s Uchiha chakra filled the rest of Rinnegan’s gaps since he received half of Hagoromo’s power. It is a character design choice that he intended to represent his Uchiha heritage.
When Boruto stabbed Sasuke’s eye with a kunai, he lost his Rinnegan. All of his Rinnegan skills, such as space-time ninjutsu and planetary devastation, were lost.
6 tomoe Sharingan?
Each Sharingan will usually only have one tomoe when they first wake up, and in some cases will have two tomoe in their eyes. The Sharingan had all three tomoe immediately after Hagoromo awakened him.
Blue Rinnegan?
One person is shown having a different colored Rinnegan, taking on the color of green. She may have a different look, but she has the same skills as the regular Rinnegan and can perform Mangey Sharingan techniques as well. It is not known how one can manifest a different colored set of eyes, with some speculating that it could be a genetic mistake, or that it is just a coincidence. Her eyes function just like any of the Rinnegan pairs, and she doesn’t have any unique abilities or powers.
The blood getting on Urashiki was drying much faster than theirs, which was why Boruto and Jiraiya were fighting against it. Urashiki later confirmed that he has this ability and thinks that this allowed him to time travel. The Blue Rinnegan is more than merely a simple foresight and he can use it to his advantage in order to win the fight.
